As our founder, Luke's goal was to create dynamic multidisciplinary practices with the purpose of providing the best evidence based treatment to the Sydney wide community. Luke holds a post graduate Masters in Physiotherapy and an undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science. With over 17 years of experience as a Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist, Luke has extensive experience with high performance sports and rehabilitation. Luke has a particular interest in complex shoulder and lower back conditions and loves combining exercise rehabilitation with manual therapy to ensure his clients achieve amazing outcomes.

Troy completed his Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney in 2011, and was Physiotherapist for Manly Sea Eagles U16/18 rugby league teams in 2012/2013. Troy has extensive experience in treating golf and boxing injuries. He has had previous experience as an amateur boxer and has been playing golf for 30 years. With years of tuition from various golf professionals in the Sydney area, and a thorough understanding of the biomechanics required for a sound golf swing, he is passionate about helping golfers of all levels. Troy is a strong advocate of strength training for all sports and enjoys helping people choose the right exercises to help them achieve their best in their chosen sport.

Adam completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree with Honours at the University of Queensland. He brings a motivated and enthusiastic attitude to his sessions and has a keen interest in the treatment of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and sporting injuries. Adam has a particular interest in dysfunctions of the neck (including headaches) and running related injuries at the knee.
Adam’s holistic approach to Physiotherapy incorporates both evidence-based manual therapy complemented by functional exercise to to get you back in action as soon as possible.
Along with treating his clients, Adam partners with Basketball NSW as their Head Physiotherapist and is a clinical educator for The University of Sydney.

Piero completed his Masters of Physiotherapy after completing a Bachelor of Health Science. He has a keen interest in sports physiotherapy, with a particular passion for soccer leading him to work with the Physiotherapy team for Sydney FC. After working with elite athletes, this has allowed Piero to gain crucial knowledge in both common and uncommon sporting conditions, and injuries, the demands of high level competitive sports, player psychology. Piero has a keen eye for identifying bio-mechanical deviations to address the underlying problem. Piero incorporates both manual therapy techniques, dry needling and exercise therapy to rehabilitate his patients back to pre-injury functions.

Jarryd completed his Bachelor's of Health Science and Master's of Physiotherapy at The University of Western Sydney in 2014. He also has his Certificate III and IV in Personal Training and Fitness Instructing.
As a Principal Physiotherapist with years of experience within the musculoskeletal and sports sector, Jarryd is passionate about treating musculoskeletal injuries and developing exceptional evidence-based exercise programs. Jarryd has experience working with clients of all ages and from diverse backgrounds. He is especially interested in helping individuals transition from pain to performance.
His areas of interest include treating injuries sustained playing sports, injuries to the lower back, neck, ankle and shoulder. He is a big advocate for an exercise based approach, and uses manual therapy techniques and modalities to supplement his treatment.

Mitch has a passion for all aspects of Physiotherapy and following his background in high level cricket and golf has a particular interest in lower back and upper limb injuries.
Mitch will bring his extensive experience with musculoskeletal injuries, combined with manual therapy and exercise prescription with an aim of returning clients back to optimal health.

Annalyse is passionate about living an active lifestyle and believes in helping people move better in order to feel better using a combination of education, manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation. Simone believes that with good client education, clients will be able to self-manage their condition and that regaining the ability to perform day to day tasks is the most important goal in rehabilitation.
Simone is passionate about utilising a combination of education, manual therapy and exercise to assist her clients with returning to what matters most to them.

Laura completed her Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy at the Australian Catholic University. She has also undertaken subsequent training under the Women's Health Training Associates and the APA to specialise in women's health.
Since having two children of her own, Laura understands the difficulties that women can go through during pregnancy and postpartum and this is shown in her empathetic and caring manner towards clients.
Taking a holistic view to care, Laura focuses on all components that may be contributing to an injury, whilst also considering the client's own personal recovery goals. Her favourite areas of treatment include women's health, neck pain, back pain and hip and pelvic injuries.

Following the completion of a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, Gareth moved into the fitness industry spending close to a decade working one on one with a broad range of clientele from junior sports athletes to older adults and developing a deep understanding of rehabilitation and exercise prescription. His experience is further cemented by a Masters in Exercise Science (Strength & Conditioning) along with being an accredited Level 2 strength and conditioning coach with ASCA. Gareth returned to the University of Sydney to complete his Masters of Physiotherapy, bringing with him his years of training and rehab experience in combination with diagnosis and manual therapy skills to provide the best outcomes for his clients. Gareth loves all things movement and has a keen interest in Rugby League, American Football and snow sports.
