Luke completed an undergraduate degree in Exercise & Sport Science, prior to completing his Masters of Physiotherapy. Luke has extensive experience in the health and fitness industry and has combined his knowledge of Exercise Science with Physiotherapy to provide a complete rehabilitation package for all of his clients.

Troy completed his Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. Troy has extensive experience in treating sporting injuries specialising in shoulder, knee and ankle injuries sustained whilst playing rugby league, soccer and rugby union. He was the Physiotherapist for Manly Sea Eagles U16/18 rugby league teams in 2012-2013. Troy also enjoys the challenge of combining his Physio knowledge and experience in both playing golf and competing as an amateur boxer to optimise performance in these individuals.

Adam completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree with Honours at the University of Queensland. Adam brings a motivated and enthusiastic attitude to his sessions and has a keen interest in the treatment of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and sporting injuries. He has a particular interest in dysfunctions of the neck, including headaches, and running related injuries at the knee associated with irregular biomechanics. Along with incorporating both manual therapy with functional exercise to assist the client to rehabilitate back to 100%, Adam also likes to include taping to facilitate optimum movement.

Piero completed his Masters of Physiotherapy after completing a Bachelor of Health Science. He has a keen interest in sports physiotherapy, with a particular passion for soccer leading him to work with the Physiotherapy team for Sydney FC. After working with elite athletes, this has allowed Piero to gain crucial knowledge in both common and uncommon sporting conditions, and injuries, the demands of high level competitive sports, player psychology. Piero has a keen eye for identifying bio-mechanical deviations to address the underlying problem. Piero incorporates both manual therapy techniques, dry needling and exercise therapy to rehabilitate his patients back to pre-injury functions.

Stuart completed a Physiotherapy degree through the Australian Catholic University.  He graduated with honours for research conducted on chronic pain management and was on the Dean’s list for outstanding academic achievement. Stuart has a background in long distance running, adventure sports and weightlifting/Crossfit.  Stuart has extensive experience treating world-class elite level Crossfit athletes, recreational gym goers and runners/tri-athletes. Stuart believes that manual therapy should be combined with exercise rehabilitation to attain the maximum results for patients.

Sam completed his Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney after completing his Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science. Sam brings his passion and positive mindset into his treatments and has a particular interest in treating injuries of the lower body, particularly sporting and orthopaedic injuries. Sam has a background in swim teaching and competing in high level sport, allowing him to devise a treatment plan that incorporates effective exercise rehabilitation. By combining effective manual therapy and specific exercise prescription Sam enjoys pushing his clients to become a better version of themselves.

Laura completed her Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy at the Australian Catholic University. She received the Dean's commendations for academic achievement and has a wide range of experience including exercise rehabilitation, musculoskeletal conditions and orthopaedic injuries. Her interest in physiotherapy and human movement stems from years of participation in a variety of sports as well as receiving physiotherapy treatment herself, allowing her to have a greater understanding of patient experiences.

Angela has always had an interest in sports and rehabilitation from activity-related injuries leading her to complete a Bachelor degree in Exercise & Sports Science before completing her Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. Angela is passionate about her own training regime and has a special interest in sport-specific programming for clients in conjunction with functional conditioning. Other areas of interest for Angela include the hip and pelvis, neck and back (including the treatment of scoliosis) and physical disability management.

Mitch will bring his extensive experience with musculoskeletal injuries, combined with manual therapy and exercise prescription with an aim of returning clients back to optimal health.

Catherine completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at Bond University after graduating from her Bachelor of Exercise Science at Charles Sturt University. Catherine has a background in pilates instruction, dance and aerial circus and uses these experiences to develop hollistic and specific treatment regime to get all of her clients moving. Catherine’s keen eye for biomechanical dysfunction enables her to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal and orthopaedic injuries while taking into account the client's specific goals. Catherine has a keen interest in knee and lumbar spine related injuries with a passion for women's health and vestibular presentations. When she is not in the clinic you will find her spending her spare time out in nature rock climbing, abseiling, waterskiing and snowboarding.
