Luke has extensive experience in the health and fitness industry and has combined his knowledge of Exercise Science with Physiotherapy to provide a complete rehabilitation package for all of his clients.

Troy completed his Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. Troy has extensive experience in treating sporting injuries specialising in shoulder, knee and ankle injuries sustained whilst playing rugby league, soccer and rugby union. He was the Physiotherapist for Manly Sea Eagles U16/18 rugby league teams in 2012-2013. Troy also enjoys the challenge of combining his Physio knowledge and experience in both playing golf and competing as an amateur boxer to optimise performance in these individuals.

Adam completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree with Honours at the University of Queensland. Adam brings a motivated and enthusiastic attitude to his sessions and has a keen interest in the treatment of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and sporting injuries. He has a particular interest in dysfunctions of the neck, including headaches, and running related injuries at the knee associated with irregular biomechanics. Along with incorporating both manual therapy with functional exercise to assist the client to rehabilitate back to 100%, Adam also likes to include taping to facilitate optimum movement.

Piero completed his Masters of Physiotherapy after completing a Bachelor of Health Science. He has a keen interest in sports physiotherapy, with a particular passion for soccer leading him to work with the Physiotherapy team for Sydney FC. After working with elite athletes, this has allowed Piero to gain crucial knowledge in both common and uncommon sporting conditions, and injuries, the demands of high level competitive sports, player psychology. Piero has a keen eye for identifying bio-mechanical deviations to address the underlying problem. Piero incorporates both manual therapy techniques, dry needling and exercise therapy to rehabilitate his patients back to pre-injury functions.

Mitch will bring his extensive experience with musculoskeletal injuries, combined with manual therapy and exercise prescription with an aim of returning clients back to optimal health.

Sam completed his Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney after completing his Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science. Sam brings his passion and positive mindset into his treatments and has a particular interest in treating injuries of the lower body, particularly sporting and orthopaedic injuries. Sam has a background in swim teaching and competing in high level sport, allowing him to devise a treatment plan that incorporates effective exercise rehabilitation. By combining effective manual therapy and specific exercise prescription Sam enjoys pushing his clients to become a better version of themselves.

Laura completed her Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy at the Australian Catholic University. She received the Dean's commendations for academic achievement and has a wide range of experience including exercise rehabilitation, musculoskeletal conditions and orthopaedic injuries. Laura also specialises in Women's Health physiotherapy. Her interest in physiotherapy and human movement stems from years of participation in a variety of sports as well as receiving physiotherapy treatment herself, allowing her to have a greater understanding of patient experiences.

James completed a Master of Physiotherapy at Sydney University in 2015 after graduating from his Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science. James is a keen sportsman with experience in on-field injury assessment and treatment in rugby union and soccer. He has a keen interest in health and fitness with a background  in personal training and group fitness and is able to combine this knowledge to provide an effective rehabilitation plan involving functional movement. His areas of interest include sporting injuries, orthopaedic rehabilitation, thoracic spine issues along with core conditioning.

Angela has always had an interest in sports and rehabilitation from activity-related injuries leading her to complete a Bachelor degree in Exercise & Sports Science before completing her Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. Angela is passionate about her own training regime and has a special interest in sport-specific programming for clients in conjunction with functional conditioning. Other areas of interest for Angela include the hip and pelvis, neck and back (including the treatment of scoliosis) and physical disability management.

Jonny is motivated and driven by helping patients achieve their goals. With his interest in the mechanics of movement, and his passion of helping improve quality of life for others, physiotherapy was the direction he felt was the way to express this. As a result, he graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. From a young age Jonny was committed to soccer and being the best centre midfielder he could be. As he began resistance training to facilitate his sporting, he developed particular interest in strength and conditioning. As this interest grew, he was drawn to altering body composition and focused his nutrition and training to facilitate muscle building and a healthy lifestyle. Jonny is committed to positively influencing your experience of injury, to help you return to full function and beyond, as soon as possible. With his expertise in fitness and nutrition, physiotherapy won’t just stop at the reduction in pain, but will ensure you progress to be the happiest and healthiest you can be.

Lauren McDonald

Lauren graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, and from The University of Sydney with a Masters of Physiotherapy.  Lauren’s training regime consists of running, cycling, swimming, strength and conditioning at the gym, yoga and pilates.  She enjoys preparing for half marathons and the occasional sprint triathlon. She has an extensive background in Classical Ballet where she danced professionally with The Queensland Ballet.   She is confident treating a range of musculoskeletal injuries for all sports and occupations but has a special interest in treating dancers.  She is motivated by her clients and aims to get the best outcomes for them through manual therapy and specific functional rehabilitation programs. Not only is Lauren a Physiotherapist but she is also a qualified Yoga and Pilates instructor.

Daniel Pothoven

Daniel has completed his Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University after completing a Bachelor of Science at University of Technology Sydney. Prior to, and during his tertiary study, he has been working in the fitness industry, both as a personal trainer and a fitness instructor for the last 15 years. Daniel has a particular interest in biomechanical deviations in movement patterns, and identifying what can be done to optimize the way his patients move. In conjunction with this, he uses various manual therapy techniques, to rehabilitate his patients. His goal is to restore tissue health, and functions to not only ensure a pain free existence, but to enable an optimally functioning body and mind, resulting in the best version of you possible!

Catherine Reece

Catherine completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at Bond University after graduating from her Bachelor of Exercise Science at Charles Sturt University. Catherine has a background in pilates instruction, dance and aerial circus and uses these experiences to develop hollistic and specific treatment regime to get all of her clients moving. Catherine’s keen eye for biomechanical dysfunction enables her to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal and orthopaedic injuries while taking into account the client's specific goals. Catherine has a keen interest in knee and lumbar spine related injuries with a passion for women's health and vestibular presentations. When she is not in the clinic you will find her spending her spare time out in nature rock climbing, abseiling, waterskiing and snowboarding.
